Training
HomeTrak is designed to require very little training. From a cost standpoint it was essential that we developed a training system that works well, so you aren't frustrated and eliminates the need to send staff to your office. In response to this, we have developed an excellent program backed up with video help files.
The first step in our training program is through our Demo CD. The Demo CD will give you a good overview of our system.
By following the instructions, and watching the HomeTrak training movies, you will be guided through the entire implementation process. In addition our staff is available to answer questions over the phone.
